Chateau Pierre Bise Anjou Gamay

It displays fabulous purity on the nose, very precisely defined fruits with a floral lift reminiscent of red rose petals. Overall it is fresh and charming, but also structured, the middle wrapped in fine tannin, with a precise acid balance.
